injuries the story at De Kuip

By: Jackson | December 7th, 2008

As Feyenoord welcomes De Graafschap to de Kuip the story is large injury list weighing down Gertjan Verbeek’s choices. His club are without Tim de Cler, Serginho Greene, Denny Landzaat, Michael Mols, Jon Dahl Tomasson, Ron Vlaar and Tim Vincken. While the notion of the home “fortress” has not worked out the way is should this year, De Graafschap has yet to win on the road and nestled only two points out of the last spot on the table. The visitors have their own injury problems with Rene Bot, Appie Chaiat and Mees Siers out with injuries and Joost Volmer under suspension. At eleventh-place, a victory is important for Feyenoord today so lets hear from het Legioen.
