Feyenoord needing points against Sparta

Leon Vlemmings era in-charge of Feyenoord has got off to a very poor start and following the last strike loss to NEC on the Sunday points against Sparta are not only needed for confidence but also to put some distance away from the drop zone.

For today’s match Het Legioen support will be called upon as Feyenoord is without Andre Bahia, Giovanni van Bronckhorst, Tim de Cler, Jonathan de Guzman, Denny Landzaat, Theo Lucius,Tim Vincken and Ron Vlaar.

Foeke Booy has its own injury concerns with the loss of Dele Adeleye, Edwin van Bueren, Charles Dissels, Sander van Gessel, Karim Touzani and Harald Wapenaar.
